Happenings..

Whew! Its been an endless weekend of scrubbing, washing, dusting and more scrubbing around the apartment as september first looms large. the whole house has been smelling like my lab (!!) - a mixture of chlorox, wood polish, 409 and the really versatile windex!!!!( not been using it for pimples - "my big fat greek wedding"!!) but pretty much for everything else right from wiping my stove to my washbasin!!!!
Finally got a couple of boxes into my new apartment; hopefully move the rest tonite and tomorrow. K ( my roomie) was the smart one; she put away her stuff more than a week ago. as usual I m doing it last minute...
got fingerprinted for my new project today. Its a security requirement coz its going to be in a federal agency..the USEPA ( thts the United States Environmental Protection Agency for those who arent aware of it). I think i will get my ID card soon too.
The project`s not great but its good; and its at the EPA, and I hope it helps my future plans. Of course, means more work.
long weekend coming up, hope to do something fun...
