My baby was delivered on tuesday the 14th of june at about 5 in the evening. I had an agonizing wait the whole day. the final verdict was received on the day before - that the delivery was indeed on 14th.
come 14th morning: Work beckons.had to work inspite of the d-day.left as usual in the morning.Had 3 people waiting eagerly for the much awaited "bundle of joy". they had very graciously agreed to wait at my place while i went off to work.
come 4: o clock,after what seemed like a long day, i trudged home. we all got talking over tea. nothing yet.
finished tea and were still waiting. 4:40. still nothing.
the others had started pacing the front of my apartment waiting for the unmistakable sound.AND THERE IT WAS!!!!- the unmistakable sound of the UPS mail delivery truck. another second...the delivery over...and the parcel was mine!!!!!!!!!!!
MY very own, first , bought with my own money,DELL INSPIRON 600 M laptop!!!!-MY BABY!!!

things better left unsaid...
i know its been a long gap but im back. another quarter over.its now summer..no coursework!!(not that i was working my *** off for them anyways!!!). but now that i have more time on my hands, i hope to do more things and even blog more regularly.
plan to catch up on reading,work out daily and get started on my thesis after i get this project out of the way.
The one sad thing is that people around me are going to the INDI-GP and im stuck here trying to meet a project deadline. That was only a part of the reason of me not going. now EVERYone i know is going and im the one left behind,as usual.I cant do anything now;its too late. well,I can always work ; there is no dearth of it!
But this has taught me a lesson and a good one at that. I am not going to think about anyone else when I want to do something or go somewhere. well, no one seems to so why should I? henceforth,only I matter,nothing else does,no one else does.period.
why do I never learn????????????????
