eating to live vs. living to eat.

FOOD....that marvellous 4-letter word!!!! I dont have a huge appetite and dont eat a lot but i ceratinly love eating different kinds of food. after getting to the US, i got the chance to try different cuisines. back in india, it was only a little bit of indo-chinese,mexican and a wee bit of thai and of course the ubiquitious pizza. different story here tho. chinese, one of my favorites has a totally different avatar here.the best dish i liked so far is schezuan tofu (thanx to sang for this one!) mexican is different too, tacos,burrittoes,wow....
thai..espicially pad thai that too from thai express has me drooling all over the place!!!!Greek..gyros,baklava(tho my lebanese frend insists that its lebanese and not greek) .Not to mention, one really out of the world, mind blowing, one-of-a-kind cuisine that i didnt try back in india - MY COOKING!! i love trying out new recipes and none of them have been bad so far....thankfully...no disasters in the kitchen!!
but all said and done, what I really crave for is nice, spicy, messy panipuri.
